Mike Romanzi
I have always loved working with wood, and after 5 years of apprenticeship in a woodworking shop, I realized my dream by opening my own shop, Badger Creek Woodworks, in 1992. Teton Valley has proved to be a most inspiring place to create one-of-a-kind pieces for both commercial and residential customers.
I am immersed in all aspects of woodworking, from the creation of small custom art works for galleries, residences and businesses, to complete home interiors on a grand scale. My innate curiosity and experience in working with wood thru the years has enhanced my imagination and sense of creativity, and opened up exciting possibilities of what can be created using woods, particularly those that contrast and compliment each other.
My finished pieces, while functional, are meant to comfort and inspire, and my commitment to continue to improve the quality of my work while reaching a higher level of accomplishment in my trade is unwavering.
